Hose clamps are used to connect the end of a hose to a fixed connection and thus prevent the escape of liquids, for example. They are used wherever hoses need to be fastened. The areas of application are diverse. Whether indoors or outdoors, in the automotive industry or in agriculture - hose clamps are required in numerous application situations.

Our range includes a variety of hose clamps - both for our clip hoses and for our extruded spiral hoses. In addition to our galvanised steel hose clamps, you can also opt for identical stainless steel alternatives. The bridge profile of our clamps guarantees a largely tensile-resistant and tight connection.
Special hose clamps are required for tapered flange coupling systems. With the so-called clamp connection, for example, two identical clamp connectors are connected together. However, it is also possible to screw two "oppositely" designed flanges onto a hose end as a male or female part and connect them together. Depending on how the coupling system is designed, the requirements for the clamps needed in each case will of course also differ.
Whilst in the case of a DIN 32676 both connections are connected with a special clamp after inserting the appropriate seal, a clamp connection designed according to DIN 3016-3 (retracted), so-called retaining clamps ensure that the hose and the untwisted tapered flange (whether male or female) remain firmly connected to each other. Since in both cases the geometry of the clamps is matched to the specific profile of the flanges, they are also referred to as profile clamps. These profile clamps with clamping jaws or joint locks are an integral part of our product portfolio.
Profile clamps according to DIN 3016-3 (withdrawn) or bridge clamps according to DIN 3017 are suitable, for example, for large suction hoses or similar applications that do not have to absorb strong mechanical forces. You will find suitable clamps in our range up to a nominal width of 250 mm. Even significantly larger clamping ranges are possible with bridge clamps. Our product portfolio also includes suitable clamps or joint clamps with a nominal width of up to 150 mm for connecting two clamp sockets.
Profile clamps with clamping jaws or joint locks and bridge clamps are designed to securely fasten spiral hoses with their corrugated outer contour. You can freely select the pitch of these spiral hose clamps (right or left-handed). The decisive factor here is the pitch of the spiral hose.
