Abriebfeste Förderschläuche für Sand, Kies und Gestein
Wo Sand, Kies und Stein Förderschläuche hart fordern
In Sand- und Kiesgruben, Steinbrüchen und Förderanlagen sind abriebfeste PU-Förderschläuche dauerhaft gefordert. In der Feldspat-Aufbereitung ziehen rund 3 m lange Leitungen in DN 45 Feuchtigkeit ab. Der Master-PUR Performance bleibt bei Unterdruckschwankungen ruhig; seine glatte Innenfläche hilft, Partikel mit dem Wasser auszuspülen. Das Ergebnis: weniger Ablagerungen und ein stabiler Absaugprozess.
PU-Förderschläuche für Putz, Mörtel und Trockenmischungen
Feine Körnung, hohe Reibung im Dauerbetrieb
In Putz- und Mörtelanlagen beansprucht abrasiver Quarzsand Förderstrecken besonders stark. In einem Praxisfall hatte Sand bis 0,4 mm ein Metallrohr nach einem Bogen stark verschlissen. Ein Master-PUR Inline in DN 80 und 2,8 m Länge übernimmt die Strecke; die glatte Innenauskleidung schützt im Materialstrom, der Losflansch erleichtert die Montage.
Abriebfeste Absaugschläuche für Bauschutt und Betonstaub
Feines Material. Harter Verschleiß
Bei der Bauschutt-Aufbereitung müssen Absaugschlauch und Verbindung gleichermaßen verschleißfest und wartungsfreundlich sein. Bei einer Betonpulverabsaugung ersetzte ein MASTER-PUR L TRIVOLUTION in DN 80 mit schraubbarem Combiflex PU-Kegelflansch eine zu schnell verschleißende Leitung. In diesem Anwendungsfall wird eine deutlich bessere Beständigkeit, die einfachere Montage und eine erheblich längere Lebensdauer dokumentiert.

Volle Saugleistung unter härtesten Bedingungen
Auf der Baustelle, im Straßen- und Tiefbau fördern Schläuche für Saugbagger Erde, Kies, Steine, Schlamm und Wasser unter starkem Unterdruck. Beim Freilegen von Wasser-, Gas- oder Stromleitungen hält ein PUR-HX-Schlauchsystem die bewegte Saugstrecke abrieb- und vakuumfest. So lässt sich Erdreich gezielt absaugen – mit geringerem Eingriff und reduziertem Risiko, bestehende Leitungen zu beschädigen.
Abriebfeste Absaugschläuche für die kommunale Reinigung
Flexibel im Einsatz, easy im Handling, stark im Materialstrom
In Kehrmaschinen transportieren abriebfeste PUR-Absaugschläuche Laub und Staub ebenso wie Splitt, Glas und Steine. Typische Durchmesser von 200 bis 400 mm unterstützen einen freien Materialfluss; hohe Stauchbarkeit folgt Bürstensystemen, Hubmechaniken und Absaugarmen. Das geringe Gewicht der Schlauchsysteme erleichtert ihr Handling im täglichen Einsatz. Ihre Mikroben- und Hydrolysebeständigkeit macht das Absaugen feuchter Rückstände sicher und gesundheitlich unbedenklich.
Kommunale Reinigung
Abriebfeste Saugschläuche für Stadt, Straße und Baustelle: Sie fördern Laub, Splitt, Schlamm, Scherben, Kies und Erdreich zuverlässig – auch bei Feuchtigkeit, Bewegung und hohem Unterdruck. Je nach Anwendung kommen dabei besonders robuste, flexible sowie mikroben- und hydrolysebeständige PU-Lösungen zum Einsatz.
All of the hoses we manufacture from polyurethane have a number of properties in common. These include, for example, the significantly greater abrasion resistance of polyurethane compared to rubber or soft PVC, measured in accordance with DIN ISO 4649 (determination of abrasion resistance). Many delivery and suction hoses made of polyurethane also have a transparent hose wall, so you can keep an eye on the material flow in the hose at all times and recognise faults at an early stage. What's more, none of our polyurethane suction and delivery hoses contain halogens or plasticisers.
In addition to these more general properties, we equip the polyurethane material in many standard hoses with further customised properties by adding additives. For example, we use polyurethanes with specifically enhanced material properties to manufacture our Flamex hoses. These flame-retardant PU hoses are type-tested in accordance with DIN 4102-B1 and fulfil the safety requirements of the BGI 739-2.
Polyurethane is also one of the materials to which we add conductive carbon black or other additives. We use such electrically conductive materials to manufacture conductive hoses, some of which can also be found in this product group.

Can suction and delivery hoses be adapted to a specific application?
Yes. Masterflex combines suitable hose types, connection technology and application-specific engineering to tailor solutions to the medium, process and installation conditions. PUR HX and PUR Performance have been identified as the key products for the campaign.
Which connection method is suitable for suction and delivery hoses?
The choice of the appropriate connection depends, amongst other things, on the medium, the vacuum level, the installation situation and the assembly requirements. Depending on the application, options may include, for example, Camlock, flange, screw or bespoke connection solutions.
When are antistatic or electrically conductive hoses required?
In applications where electrostatic charges may build up as a result of material transport, hoses designed for this purpose are required. The appropriate type depends on the material being conveyed and the specific process requirements.
Which suction hoses are suitable for suction dredgers and vacuum technology?
Suction dredgers require flexible, abrasion-resistant and vacuum-resistant suction hoses. They must reliably extract soil, gravel, sand and stones whilst withstanding movement and varying installation conditions.
Which hoses are suitable for abrasive bulk materials such as sand, gravel and stone?
Highly abrasion-resistant PU suction and delivery hoses are particularly suitable for highly abrasive media. Depending on the load and application, heavy-duty or super-heavy-duty hose types such as Master-PUR Performance or Master-PUR HX are used.
