As a precautionary measure, we hereby inform you about the current status and our measures:
- Status of delivery capability: Our production capacities are currently stable and we are able to deliver without restriction.
- Logistics & transit: We are observing a general increase in transit times on the sea freight routes of around 14 to 21 days due to necessary diversions. We are compensating for this as far as possible through forward-looking warehousing and adjusted scheduling cycles.
- Freight and commodity prices: Rising energy costs and shortages of primary products can have an indirect impact on procurement prices. Please understand that, due to these unpredictable market dynamics, we must reserve the right to adjust our pricing and freight conditions should the impact reach an exceptional level.
- Risk management: We are in close dialogue with our logistics partners and upstream suppliers in order to identify potential bottlenecks as early as possible and activate alternative routes or sources of supply.
Important note: Please note that the situation is very dynamic. The above information does not constitute a legal guarantee for future delivery dates. In the event of events beyond our control(force majeure), delays cannot be completely ruled out despite the utmost care. We therefore recommend that you plan your requirements in good time.
If you have any questions about current orders, please do not hesitate to contact us at any time.
