Highly flexible hoses

Extremely flexible hoses made from special fabrics, PVC, Polyester and Polyether Polyurethane for a wide range of applications.

Choosing the right hose material is crucial for safety, durability, and efficiency in industrial applications. Flexible hoses transport liquids and gases under a wide range of conditions-from high temperatures to chemically aggressive media. Different materials are used depending on the application.

Important materials at a glance

  • PVC (polyvinyl chloride)
    Lightweight, inexpensive, and versatile. Ideal for water, air, and light industrial applications.
  • EPDM
    Particularly weather, UV, and temperature resistant. Ideal for outdoor areas and heating and cooling systems.
  • PTFE (Teflon)
    Extremely chemical-resistant and heat-resistant (up to over 260 °C). Suitable for the chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
  • Silicone
    Very flexible even at extreme temperatures. Frequently used in medicine, food technology, and the automotive industry.
  • Polyurethane (PU)
    Abrasion-resistant, tear-resistant, and flexible-perfect for pneumatic and extraction systems.
  • Nylon (PA)
    Robust, durable, and resistant to many media. Ideal for industrial fluid and compressed air applications.
  • Reinforced hoses
    With steel or textile braiding for increased pressure and kink resistance - especially for hydraulics and high-pressure systems.

The optimum hose material depends on temperature, pressure, medium and environment. While PVC or PU offer versatile standard solutions, PTFE or reinforced variants are designed for demanding industrial conditions.
