This award recognises our commitment, our innovative strength and our leading role on a global level. It is a special honour and impressively confirms our position as a leader in our market segment.
Under the scientific direction of the University of St. Gallen, the so-called "World Market Leader Index", which lists all world market leaders from German-speaking countries, is compiled every year on the basis of company data.
To make it onto the list of world market leaders, companies must fulfil a number of strict criteria:
- A global market leader must be number one or two worldwide in terms of turnover in at least one relevant market segment
- At least 50 per cent of the annual turnover - lower limit: 50 million euros - must be generated abroad and on three continents.
- The owners must be based at least in part in Germany.
The Masterflex Group is once again one of these "World Market Leader Champions". The complete list of all world market leaders is published every year in the business magazine "WirtschaftsWoche".
